Minimum Qualifications:

- HS Diploma/GED/Equivalent

- Previous Manager EXP required. (Artist manager EXP is preferred, but not required)

- Good Leadership and time management skills.

- Negotiation, Communication, and persuasive tactics are a must to succeed in this path.

- ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.

- Ability to use databases and spreadsheets to complete and assign tasks.

- Open weekend availability.

- Ability to take phone calls and answer emails/text from potential venues & businesses.

what you will do:

- Create and up with Leads and and potential businesses that want to scedule events with us.

- Answer Communications and sell extras in a timely manner to generate your commision.

- Lead and Assist the Stage/ Equipment Team and Travel/ Transport team.

- Create monthly, yearly, and quarterly reports to reflect your preformance and your team's preformance record.
